I am a figurative painter, and my work is born from lived moments.

Each piece emerges from my own experience, from those times when I was trying to understand myself more deeply.
​
Painting has been a way of sitting with emotions I could not yet name, letting them breathe, and slowly watching them take shape on the canvas.
​My current work, Becoming, was created at the beginning of my pregnancy and it reflects on transformation, letting go, and the power of women as sources of life.
​
My earlier work grew out of a period of confronting and healing from past experiences and learning to accept myself more fully. Later, my focus shifted as I began to explore connection, particularly my relationship with other women.
​
Throughout all of my work, I return to the same intention: to give form to my own emotional experiences that are often difficult to express, and to create something others can recognise themselves in.
​
If someone feels a little less alone when they stand in front of my work, it has done what it needed to do.
