This website is owned and operated by Raquel Blazquez. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the website and services offered. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

SHIPPING

Purchases are shipped from the United Kingdom. Parcels will be shipped within a few days and you will receive them at home in 5 to 10 days (UK), 5 to 15 days (Europe) and 10 to 20 days for other destinations. In certain circumstances the time could be longer, allow up to 1 month. Unfortunately I am unable to provide an exact delivery date, as it depends on customs as well as the postal service in each country.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Hopefully, this won't be needed, but if you change your mind or you don't love your purchase, please notify me within 3 days upon the reception of the package.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. The full price minus the initial shipping cost will be refunded.

Please note that items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
