Today I feel it. Presence.
The radical being in the ether of existence. Melting, flowing, surrendering.
The softness of the body, rolling from my breasts, to my belly. Free.
The warmth of a sunny day, heating up my bones which were stiff from the long winter.
The remembrance of what is. Only here, reality. Nowhere to go. Nothing to do. Just be.
We are always rushing, trapped in the self that doesn’t exist, a construction of our own mind. Memories, essences that are past.
But here, now, today. The feeling of the paper agains my hand. There is peace, openness, being.
The ego is politely waiting, hidden somewhere in my head, like a tiger in the savannah.
But here, now, today. The emptiness feels full. My heart beats slowly. Alive.
